Powered by the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) network, the service connects users to an extensive network of over 22,700 billers, categorized into 30 different groups. These categories encompass a wide range of services, including electricity, gas, water, FASTag, insurance, credit cards, and loan repayments, ensuring comprehensive coverage of daily financial responsibilities.
Users can easily navigate to the bill payment option from the WhatsApp home screen, select the appropriate bill category and provider, input their account details, and verify the billing amount before proceeding with the payment. The platform supports various payment methods such as Unified Payments Interface (UPI), debit cards, and credit cards, providing flexibility and convenience. Additionally, the feature allows users to view previous transactions, monitor upcoming bills, and manage multiple accounts linked to the same service provider.
